Phase II of the renovation of A.B. Miller's football stadium
includes new stadium bleachers and team rooms. Funded by
Measure C.

Modernization and improvements to include: ADA
accessibility (path of travel, restrooms, sink and counter, etc.);
abatement of asbestos and lead; fire alarms, seismically retrofit
ceilings and moveable walls, additional safety upgrades; lighting
and power; some painting and additional exterior upgrades; and some
carpeting, whiteboards, paint, and other interior upgrades.

Hills High
School No. 5 - New Construction
With the goal of relieving the overcrowding at existing Fontana
and Kaiser High Schools, high school no. 5 is anticipated in
2010-11 school year. It will be a 9-12 comprehensive high
school, built on a 45-acre site and with an all-under-one-roof
design. The school's initial capacity is 2100 students and it
will have a 4000-seat football stadium. Estimated project
cost of $115 million.
