On March 2, 2005 the Fontana Unified School District conducted the second reading and adopted Resolution No. 05-05 Relative to the Levy of Special Taxes within Community Facilities District 04-1.

Background

Several developers requested the Board to approve formation of a new Community Facilities District (CFD No. 04-1) for developments in the City of Fontana.  On February 16, 2005 the Board introduced Resolution and Ordinance No. 05-5 of the Board of Education of the Fontana Unified School District acting as the Legislative Body of CFD No. 04-1 of the Fontana Unified School District Relative to the Levy of Special Taxes within CFD No. 04-1 by conducting a first reading of such Resolution and Ordinance.
