An Open House Reception is being held in honor of Charles D. Milligan, Ph.D., Fontana Unified School District’s new Superintendent of Schools.  District staff and members of the community are invited to attend the reception and meet Dr. Milligan on Monday, November 15, 2004, from 4-6:30 p.m. in the John D. Piazza Center.
