At their May 3, 2006 meeting, the FUSD
Board of Education adopted
Resolution #06-28
recognizing Stacie Ann Butterfield Cruz, M.D. her countless hours of volunteer
professional and academic services to the Fontana Unified School District, its
students and community.
Dr. Cruz is a graduate of the
Fohi class of 1988. She attended the accelerated Program of Biomedical
Sciences at UCR/UCLA, graduating from the University of California, Riverside in
1992. In 1995, Dr. Cruz completed her M.D. degree at UCLA, began her
internship and residency at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana, and started volunteering
her professional and academic knowledge to students at the Fontana High School
Health Clinic.
The Fontana Unified School
