Preschool enrollment for the 2006-07 school year will begin April 24, 2006,
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at District Enrollment Services (located at 9548
Citrus Avenue, Bldg. A in Fontana - across the street from Fontana High School).
Enrollment packets can be picked-up at all Fontana elementary
school offices or from District
Enrollment Services.
Program Highlights:

growth of the child.

- Availability of counselors and nursing services.
Ages Of Children:
The State Preschool Program is available to all eligible 3 and 4 year olds. First Priority is given to
children who will be age 4 by December 2. Families with lowest per capita income shall be admitted
first. Second Priority is given to children who are 3 years of age.
Cost:
The State Preschool Program is funded by a state grant. The grant requires the district to prioritize
family needs according to income. The program is free to eligible families.
