At their March 1, 2006 meeting, the FUSD Board of Education adopted Resolution No. 06-16, declaring the intention of the Fontana Unified School District to dedicate rights-of-way or convey the property (approximately 712.16 feet in length and 631.85 feet in depth, commencing at the corner of Baseline Avenue and Cypress Avenue westward along Baseline Avenue) and hold a public hearing per Education Code Section 17557.

The public hearing on the question of making the dedication or conveyance will be held on March 15, 2006 at 6 pm in the District's John D. Piazza Center located at 9680 Citrus Avenue, Fontana.
