At their May 2, 2007 meeting, the FUSD Board of Education adopted Resolution #07-33 authorizing the designation of May 20-26, 2007, as "Classified School Employees Week."

The Fontana Unified School District employs over 1600 classified employees, who work in various capacities, perform their duties with great intelligence and skills.  Classified employees work with commitment in forwarding the mission of the district and thereby providing many benefits to this community, its schools, and the state of California.

The Fontana Unified School District joins the State of California in setting aside May 20-26, 2007, as a fitting time to honor our classified employees and recognize their long and excellent service records.
