FUSD to Graduate Over 2000 Students
As
the season approaches, the
district is preparing to say
good-bye to over 2000 students,
many of whom have been with us for
thirteen years.
A.B. Miller: 135
graduates will be attending UC or
CSU colleges, and over 300 of their
743 graduates will be attending
community colleges. That’s a
college-going rate of over 50%!
Congratulations to Daniel Gonzalez,
a Gates Millennium Scholar.
Fontana: Of 50 AVID
seniors, 40 will be attending
four-year universities. Fohi
will graduate 657 students.
Kaiser: Kaiser will be
graduating 431 students. Of 63
AVID students, 55 are attending
universities and 8 are attending
2-year colleges.
Birch: Of 107
graduates, 30 will be attending
community colleges
Citrus: Citrus will
graduate 135 students, 15 of which
will be attending a community
college. Gary Alcaraz will be
attending
Riverside Community
College on a scholarship from Fed X.
Adult Education: There
are 281 new adult
education graduates (75 high school
diploma
graduates and 206 GED graduates).
