It All Adds Up for Students at Math Field Day!
This year’s Math Field Day saw a huge turn-out
for some wonderful district math students. Parents filled the gym at
Miller High School, and watched as their students competed in various math
contests.
The overall winner for fifth grade
students was Oleander Elementary
School in first place, Porter in
second place, and Date in third.
The overall winner for sixth grade
students was Jurupa Hills, with
Locust in second place, and Fontana
Middle in third.
The overall winner for seventh and
eighth grade students was Sequoia
Middle, with Almeria in second
place, and Ruble in third.
Congratulations to all schools and
participants!!
