Applications are now available for State Preschool.  This program is free for eligible families.  Children who are four years old can participate.  Please go to the Fontana Unified School District's Enrollment Center at 9548 Citrus Avenue, Bldg. A to complete an application and be placed on the San Bernardino County "Centralized Eligibility List" CEL.  The Enrollment Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Call (909) 357-5000, ext. 7358, 7360, or 7355 for more information.

Ages Of Children:

The State Preschool Program gives first priority to children who will be age 4 by December 2.  Families with lowest per capita income shall be admitted first. Second Priority is given to children who are 3 years of age.

Cost:

The State Preschool Program is funded by a state grant.  The grant requires the district to prioritize family needs according to income. The program is free to eligible families.

Documentation Required:

• Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Verification of income for each adult in the home
• Medi-Cal Number (if applicable)
• Proof of Address
