Summit HS Students Selected for Cal State Honor Band

Summit High School is proud to announce that two Summit students have been selected to participate in the Cal State University, San Bernardino Honor Band.

Jessica Alvarado is a freshman student.  She plays flute and serves as Vice-President and Historian for the Skyhawk Band.

A'Star Jacobo plays tenor saxophone and is the President of the Skyhawk Band.  She is also a member of the Jazz Band.

The students will undergo two intense days of rehearsals in order to prepare a college level concert which will culminate with a performance at CSUSB on Sunday, January 21, 2007 at 7:30 pm.  Great job ladies!
