Vals, Sals and Special Honors
This week, Fontana's high schools will be holding their graduation ceremonies.
Valedictorians and Salutatorians have been selected at each of the high schools.
Congratulations to the Class of 2007!

Valedictorian - Jeremy Flores
Jeremy will be attending UCLA to major in Pre-Med. He was involved in
the Academic Decathlon and the Principal's Advisory Council at Miller, and also
participated in many philanthropic activities.
Valedictorian - Ernest Gonzalez
Ernest will be attending UC San Diego as a Mechanical Engineering major.
He participated in Miller's Poetry Club, Art Club, and Photography Club.
Salutatorian - Angelica Campos
Angelica will be attending UC San Diego to major in Pre-Med. She
participated in the Academic Decathlon and in
community service groups while at Miller.

Valedictorian - Natalie Marquez
Natalie will be attending UC Irvine to major in Biological Science.
She was involved in Key Club (she was the president), CSF, Science Club, and AP
Spanish Club.
Salutatorian - Jennifer Song
Jennifer will be attending the University of Hawaii at Hilo as a Biology major.
She was in marching band and was drum major in her senior year. She also
participated in Key Club and CSF.

Kaiser High School

Valedictorian - Vivian Garcia
Vivian will be attending Brown University to
major in Pre-Med. Over the last four years at Kaiser HS, Vivian was a
member of the Academic Decathlon team and was also a part of the Kaiser HS Band.
Not only is Vivian a role model to her fellow students, but she is a dedicated,
hard-working young lady.
Salutatorian - Jennifer Eng
Jennifer will be attending UC Berkley as a
Psychology major. While at Kaiser HS, Jennifer was a member of the
Academic Decathlon team and was also part of the school's TV News Class.

In lieu of a traditional Valedictorian and Salutatorian,
Birch has Senior Speakers. Erwin Jara and Jenica Johnson
were selected from the senior class to speak at Birch's commencement
ceremony. |
