Making History in Fontana

On Saturday, March 22, the county-wide History Day celebration was held at Summit HS. Fontana students tied Upland students for the group and individual champions!  The Fontana champions were:

	Jurupa Hills MS:  Brenda Estrada and Brissa Ojeda
	Southridge MS:  Jacob Morales and Vanessa Martin
	Truman MS:  Alfredo Gomez, Kevin Ortiz, and Daniel Velazquez
	Sequoia MS:  Mindy Bui, Angelica Guzman, Biance Valdes-Corral, Kelly Wang, Victoria Ciudad-Real, Nathan Wolf, Justin Bui, Jonathan Emilio, Elizabeth Jimenez, Ashley Johnson, Moses Unite, Angela Nguyen, and Julia Pinsak
	A.B. Miller HS:  Vanessa Pacheco, Anthony Yeh, Ivan Cisneros, and Nancy Caro
	Fontana HS:  Jeremias Castaneda, Irving Hernandez, Salvador Osorio, and Jose Rodriguez
	Summit HS:  Khamani Harrison, A'Ryann Johnson, Cherri Taite, Brenda Uribe, Leanne Garcia, and Moriah Schnose
