The Fontana Unified School District is sending
parent surveys home with every student in the district in an effort to give all
parents a voice in evaluating parent involvement and instructional programs in
Fontana Unified. Please contact your child’s school office for detailed
information and kindly complete the survey and return it to your child’s school
by June 5, 2008.
