School Choice Program
Citrus, Cypress and Live Oak Elementary Schools
Citrus, Cypress, and Live Oak Elementary Schools are
currently identified as a Program Improvement (PI) Year 3 School under the No
Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001. Although the site’s PI status for
the 2008-09 school year will not be available until August 29, 2008, we want to
provide you with the School Choice Transfer option prior to the first day of the
2008-09 school year. In the event that your school does exit PI,
transportation will no longer be provided free of charge. You will be
notified of the site’s PI status for the 2008-09 school year on September 1,
2008.
If you choose to transfer your child(ren)
to a non Program Improvement school, please complete the above application form
and return it to your child’s school office no later than Monday, June 23, 2008.
If you do not want to transfer your child(ren), please select the waiver
box on the above application and return it to your child’s school office no
later than Monday, June 23, 2008.
