School Choice Program

Chaparral, Cypress, and West Randall Elementary Schools are currently identified as a Program Improvement (PI) School under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001.  Although the 2009 test results will not be available until August 30, 2009,  we want to provide you with the School Choice Transfer option prior to the first day of the 2009-10 school year.  (Click here for School Choice Participation Data.)

If you choose to transfer your child(ren) to a non-Program Improvement school, please complete the above application form and return it to your child’s school office no later than Friday, May 29, 2009.

If you do not want to transfer your child(ren), please select the waiver box on the above application and return it to your child’s school office no later than Friday, May 29, 2009.
