The Fontana Unified School District will have Census Questionnaire Assistance Centers at the sites listed below.  A Census staff person will available at each location to provide surveys, answer Census questions or provide assistance in completing the surveys.

• FUSD Enrollment Center
  Mondays 8 - 5 pm and Wednesdays 8 - 4 pm from March 22 through April 19
  
  

• North Tamarind Elementary School
  Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 7:30 - 8:30 am from March 29 through April 19
  
  

• Birch High School
  Mondays and Fridays 12 Noon - 2:00 pm from March 29 through April 19
  
  

• Ted Porter Elementary School
  Mondays and Fridays 2 - 3 pm from March 29 through April 19
  
  

• Primrose Elementary School
  Monday through Friday (daily) 2 - 4 pm from March 29 through April 19
  
  

• Maple Elementary School
  Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 2 - 3 pm and Wednesdays 11 am - 12 noon from March 29 through April 19
  
  

• Palmetto Elementary School
  Mondays and Wednesdays 1 - 3 pm March 22 and 24 only
