H1N1 Influenza Vaccination Clinics offered in Fontana

Since the spread of 2009 H1N1 influenza is likely to continue in 2010, the Department of Public Health encourages residents to take advantage of the County's free H1N1 vaccination campaign.  We are happy to announce that the Department of Public Health is partnering with the Fontana Unified School District to offer free H1N1 vaccinations to any member of the Fontana community.  Vaccinations will be available at the following clinics:

  • Kaiser High School, Multipurpose Room
    11155 Almond Avenue, Fontana
    Tuesday, April 13, 2010 (3-7 pm)

  • A.B. Miller High School, Cafeteria
    6821 Oleander Avenue, Fontana
    Thursday, April 15, 2010 (3-7 pm)

Any and all members of the community are welcome to receive the vaccinations free of charge.  However, all minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian in order to receive a vaccination.
