Just a reminder that Monday, April 12th, marks the last day that San Bernardino County property owners can pay the second installation of property taxes without penalty.  During these difficult economic times, we want to remind residents that there are a number of options they have to pay their property taxes on time so they can avoid penalties and interests that come with late payments.  Click here for details.

Property taxes are a large source of funding for schools and a significant source of funding for cities, community college districts, and special districts.  They provide the funding for much-needed public services, such as education, law enforcement, and fire protection.
