Dear Fontana Community,

The holiday countdown has begun!  One of the best parts of the holiday season is the opportunity to take a break, however brief, from our regular daily activities and obligations.  This year, our Winter Break begins on December 20, with school staff and students returning on January 10.

Much of the holiday season has become about gift giving.  Every day you send your child to school, you send us your most precious gift.  We take great pride in serving the students of Fontana and as staff members we appreciate the supportive and caring parents, committed members of the community and our many educational partners.

On behalf of the Board of Education and the Fontana Unified School District staff, we wish you and your family the best in the New Year and hope you enjoy the Winter Break with your children.
