Stay Cool During High Temperatures

After enjoying an unseasonably mild summer, the triple digit temperatures we have come to expect this time of year are here with a vengeance.  When temperatures rise outside, it's important to take precautions that will prevent heat-related illness.

Some health conditions such as obesity, fever, dehydration, heart disease, poor circulation, sunburn, and drug and alcohol use can make it harder for the body to stay cool in hot weather.  Click here for some tips to help you beat the heat from the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health.

Cooling facilities have been set-up throughout the city of Fontana for the public to utilize to get relief fro the heat.  Click here to find out locations and times.

Don't forget to take advantage of the great public pools throughout the city of Fontana.  Click on links below for details.
