Stay Cool and Beat the Heat!
 |
Heat got
you down? With temperatures reaching
well over 100o this summer, it's important to take precautions that will prevent heat-related illness. Some health conditions such as obesity, fever, dehydration, heart disease, poor circulation, sunburn, and drug and alcohol use can make it harder for the body to stay cool in hot weather.
Click here for some tips to help you beat the heat from the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health.
The City of Fontana offers several options for keeping cool. Take
