School Choice Program
Almeria, Fontana, Ruble, Sequoia and
Southridge Middle Schools have been identified as Program Improvement (PI)
Year 2 Schools under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001. A
provision of NCLB allows all students in a PI Year 2 school the following
options: Public School Choice or Supplemental
Educational Services (SES)/Free Tutoring (parents may select only one option).
Truman Middle School has been identified as a Program Improvement (PI)
Year 3 School under the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act of 2001. A
provision of NCLB allows all students in a PI Year 3 school the following
options: Public School Choice or Supplemental
Educational Services (SES)/Free Tutoring (parents may select only one option).
If you choose to transfer your child to a non-Program
Improvement school, please return your completed application during the
following dates:
In Person - District Office
(Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm)
December 27-30, 2011
January 3-6, 2012
Last Date for Acceptance of Application
In person at your
