May 11, 2004, the Fontana Unified School District held its Annual Retirement and Recognition Dinner.  The Kaiser High School multipurpose room was filled with hundreds of FUSD co-workers and their families honoring the 84 retiring employees.  Superintendent, Dr. Debra A. Bradley, and the members of the Board of Education presented awards and certificates to retirees and employees with 25, 30, and 35 years of service.

Dave Ackley, Director of Administrative Support and Student Events, served as Master of Ceremonies, as well as being honored as a retiree himself.  A prime rib dinner was prepared by the FUSD Child Nutrition Department and served by Alder Middle School Peerleaders, Truman Middle School A.S.B., and Truman Middle School Ambassadors.  Entertainment was provided by the Fontana High School Madrigals.
