Maintenance and Operations
Under the supervision of the department of Facilities, Maintenance and Operations maintains district facilities and grounds. Mechanical Systems The Mechanical Systems department is responsible for repair and maintenance of air conditioning, heating, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, typewriters, audio-visual equipment, and copy machines. Carpentry/General Maintenance Carpentry/General Maintenance are responsible for building repair, new construction, remodeling of District facilities, repairs to roofs and floors, furniture fabrication and repairs. They also handle cabinet making, equipment repairs, fencing installation and repair, and all interior building repairs including carpeting and flooring. Maintenance & Operations Contacts:
