Infant/Toddler Care


Infant/Toddler Child Care Center Locations:

  • Tinker Tots (2 Months to 2 Years Old)
    District Office, Building #39
    7:00 am - 5:00 pm

  • Gateway (2 to 3 Year Olds)
    Citrus Elementary School, Room 40
    7:30 am - 5:00 pm

Program Highlights:

  • A comprehensive child development program focusing on health, nutrition, social services and educational needs
  • Staff trained in principles and practices in Early Childhood Education
  • California Child Care Food Program
  • Child-Centered Curriculum
  • Parent Education activities provided

Who Can be in the Program?

  • Parents who are attending to school.
  • Parents who are seeking employment.
  • Parents participating in a vocational or educational program.
  • Parents who are working (Priority is given to high school parents).

How Much Does it Cost?

The infant/toddler care centers are funded by a State General Childcare and Early Head Start grant, and free to eligible families.

Documentation Required:

  • Verification of Income
  • Proof of Address
  • Parent's Identification Card
  • Parent's School Schedule
  • Employment Verification
  • Child's Birth Certificate
  • Child's Immunization Record
  • Medi-Cal Numbers (if applies)
