The FUSD Staff Development department plans, implements and evaluates staff development efforts for
administrators and teachers. It assists schools and other departments with staff development plans and programs and
oversees district training and professional development programs such as:

- New Teacher Induction
- New Teacher Orientation
- Substitute Training
- Professional Growth
- National Board Certification
- Aspiring Administrators Academy
