ABOUT US
TV 17 is the 24 hour a day
cable channel that is owned and operated by the Fontana Unified School
District. Any time of the day or night, TV 17 provides a variety
of award winning programming supplied by the Annenberg Channel along
with coverage of events and issues that involve our students and
faculty.
Each day finds a new theme of programming that is meant to enhance the
learning of all viewers, with topics that involve art, literature,
science and mathematics, English and language learning skills.
Every evening finds detailed coverage of district-related events, such
as the FUSD School Board meetings, high school sporting events and
community-related happenings.
TV 17 is also acting as a training ground for our upcoming film and
broadcasting students in the district. Working in conjunction
with the media curriculum at our high schools, students are now
directly involved with the production of programming that is aired on
our channel.
Providing a balance of national award winning educational television
programming and local coverage of district and community-related
events, TV 17 is committed to serving the city of Fontana.
