Livescan fees are as follows:
$30.00 - (FINGERPRINT ROLL FEE) - If your REQUEST FOR LIVESCAN
form has a Misc. No. Bil code the total fee is $30.00.
$62.00 - If DOJ LEVEL OF SERVICE is checked and the Misc. No. Bil code
is blank on the REQUEST FOR LIVESCAN form. ($32.00 DOJ fee plus
30.00 ROLL fee for the total cost of $62.00).
$86.00 - If DOJ and FBI LEVEL OF SERVICE are checked and the Misc.
No. Bil code is blank on the REQUEST FOR LIVESCAN form. ($32.00 DOJ
fee plus $24.00 FBI fee and $30.00 ROLL fee for the total cost of $86.00).
$82.00 - If the purpose is for any type of volunteer work. DOJ reduces
fees for individuals being fingerprinted for volunteer work. ($28.00 DOJ
fee plus $24.00 FBI fee and $30.00 ROLL fee for the total cost of $82.00).
