Although the majority of the Fohi MCJROTC Programâs success can be attributed to the cadets, the Marine Instructors are the individuals who motivate them to be the best.  Lt. Col Williams, Sgt. Maj. Arceneaux, and Sgt. Maj. Nick  are responsible for the direction and daily operations of the program. .  Each with at least 20 years of exemplary Marine Corps service, these retired Marines take it upon themselves to provide direction and install self-respect to the cadets of Fohi MCJROTC.   Whether through class instruction or field activities, the instructors challenge the cadets bringing out a confidence they never knew they possessed
