Students at Primrose Elementary School will learn in a positive and safe environment where they are challenged to develop their academic and creative potential.  The staff is dedicated to preparing students to succeed in a changing world.

Primrose Elementary School continually strives for academic excellence.  We are proud of our population consisting of students and staff with rich multicultural and ethnically diverse backgrounds.  The students, parents, staff, and community have joined together to help all students reach their highest potential.

The staff at Primrose Elementary School believes each child is unique and deserving of a rich educational environment.  The hardworking staff is both skilled and dedicated to the success of our students.  We are fortunate to have many experienced and knowledgeable teachers eager to make a difference for our students.  We believe in a student-centered approach, which provides an atmosphere in which a child's social, emotional, and intellectual needs are equally important.  All students have special talents and are given the opportunities to develop those talents.  We really care about each one of our students.

Primrose Elementary School knows the importance of involving the parents and community members.  We welcome visitors on or campus for many different reasons, including parent volunteers, parent conferences, PTA, School Site Council/English Learners Advisory Committee, assemblies and other events.  We believe that parents, community members, and staff must work together for the education of all students. 

Primrose Elementary School is one of twenty-nine elementary schools in the Fontana Unified School District.  It is a multi-track, year-round school serving approximately 705 students in kindergarten through fifth grade, and supports a state preschool program on its campus.  Primrose's student population is a rich mixture of 81% Hispanic, 7% Caucasian, 8% African-American, 4% other ethnic backgrounds.
