A Message From our
Principal Welcome to the 2008-2009 year-round, single-track school year at Sierra Lakes Elementary School! We are pleased to have you with us. Our goal is to provide exemplary educational opportunities for all students. We hope that this will be a successful and satisfying year for you. School Description Sierra Lakes Elementary School is one of twenty-nine elementary schools in the Fontana Unified School District. It is a single-track, year-round school serving approximately 676 students from kindergarten through fifth grade. Sierra Lakes enjoys a rich diverse population composed of approximately 43.8% Hispanic, 18.6% African American, 14.0% White/Non-Hispanic, 12.7% Filipino, and 10.8% additional ethnic backgrounds.
