Kaiser Presents Courtroom Drama, "Twelve Angry Jurors"
"Twelve Angry Jurors" is a fascinating and brilliant piece of writing that brings 12 different characters to our notice. Set the task of deciding the fate of a nineteen-year-old man, we are witness, and silent jury, to their prejudices, weaknesses and emotional interaction that is at times as comic as it is tragic. "Twelve Angry Jurors" is an intense drama that will be presented in an arena setting. Each night’s audience will be limited to 100 members who will be placed on stage with the actors! Because we are limited to 100 seats, arrive early to insure yourself a space. Shows are May 6th, 7th, and 8th at 7:00 pm. Also, due to the sensitive subject matter and the intimate setting, children under five will NOT be permitted into the theatre and late seating will not be allowed. American prosecutor Christopher Darden states: "The law is designed to allow people to bring into the jury room their own life experience. Will people bring in their own prejudices? It's unavoidable and it's expected." Hence the drama of "Twelve Angry Men" - as compelling and thought provoking as theatre can dare to be.
