Kaiser High Presents "Seussical the Musical"

In keeping with the tradition of bringing exciting theatre to the Fontana area, Kaiser High School’s ROP Stagecraft and Drama Department are proud to present "Seussical, the Musical!"  This family-friendly show about the power of imagination and belief in oneself is full of exciting characters, Tony Award winning music, colorful sets and amazing special effects.

"Seussical, the Musical!" lovingly brings to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie, and all of the Whos of Whoville!  The score emerges as a Seussian Gumbo of musical styles, ranging from Latin to pop, swing to gospel, and R&B to funk!

The play features AJ Hill as the Cat in the Hat, Jake Foulkes as Jojo, Chester Griffin as Horton the Elephant, Amy Vasquez as Gertrude McFuzz, Rachel Young as Mayzie La Bird, Kayla Olvera as Sour Kangaroo, Holden Stackhouse as Mr. Mayor, Paulette Herrera as Mrs. Mayor, Paul Reyes-Aguayo as the Grinch, and Luis Ruiz as Yertle the Turtle.

Playing the Wickersham Brothers are George Lewis, Jeffery Sims, Tavea Starks, and Shon Sapp.  Members of the Ensemble are Cynthia Hernandez, Crystal Cross, Amber Gonzalez, Samantha Sears, Denise Herrera, Rikki Segura, Ki’ Andria Sims, Selena Lomeli, Crystal Cross, and Amber Gonzalez.
