A Message From Our Superintendent

Dear Fontana Community,

I am proud to present Fontana Unified’s 2018-19 State of the District report, which provides an overview of some of the outstanding programs and services that contribute to the success of our District.

Fontana Unified has long focused on preparing students for the challenges of college and career opportunities and will continue to support those efforts. As the professional world continues to evolve in new and unpredictable ways, we are working to ensure our students are supremely well-equipped to thrive.

Through an educational experience that values multilingualism and multiculturalism, immersion in the arts, mastery of current and developing technologies, personalized instruction and innovative and creative thinking, Fontana Unified students will be ready to tackle the academic and professional challenges that await them.

With the support of our community, our parents, our Board of Education, our dedicated and high-quality educators and staff, our District leaders and our growing partnerships, we will continue to see Fontana Unified flourish and ensure growth and achievement for all learners.

Best Wishes,

Randal S. Bassett
