Wayne Ruble News
A Message from our Principal
Dear Wayne Ruble Families:
It is my hope that you are all staying healthy and safe in light of the continuing Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Students and teachers will return to school on August 24, 2020 and begin the school year in a non-traditional setting under safety conditions established to prevent the spread of COVID-19. These settings, structures, and conditions require teachers to deliver instruction virturally and students to learn from home. Students will receive a rigorous and robust educational program that is equitable to that which they would receive if school were open in the traditional model. Teachers will provide Distance Learning for all students using TEAMS beginning August 24th at 9:00 am. Directions on how to access TEAMS along with other important resources for parents and students can be found on our school website.
We know this is a stressful time for our Wildcat families, but we can assure you that we are here to help and support you through these challenging times. We encourage every family to access the district website https://www.fusd.net/ for important updates and information. It is imperative that all families stay up to date by creating an account on Q Parent Connect. You may log in if we have a valid email on file for you, the parent. Click on “Reset Your Password” to have a link sent to your email to begin the process. Please be patient as we navigate through this unique beginning of school. We are here to help if you need any support or guidance. Teachers will provide more information in your students’ classes during the first few days of school.
Additional important information:
- The office is open daily from 7:30 am- 4:00 pm. Everyone must wear a mask, be temperature screened and practice social distancing
- Tentative class schedules will be distributed to students with textbook distribution (6th gr. 8/18, 7th gr. 8/20 & 8th gr. 8/21) 12pm-6pm
If you have any questions, please reach out to me via email: Annemarie.Cabrales@fusd.net or call (909) 357-5530.
We wish you the very best this year. Thank you and Go Wildcats!
