A General Complaint concerns issues that do not fit into either the Williams or Uniform Complaint categories.
The early informal resolution of complaints at the School level is encouraged whenever possible.

- Discuss with the site supervisor or principal. If not resolved within 10 working days...
- If complaint is unresolved by the Site/Program Administrator, complete the General Complaint Form and submit to the appropriate Instructional Department or Human Resources for procedural review.
