Fontana Unified School District personnel may inquire about Safety, Workers Compensation and liability issues. The parents and community of Fontana can call them regarding safety issues concerning the district.

    Districtwide Disaster Plan

    On May 28, 2008 the Fontana Unified School District Board of Education approved the Districtwide Disaster Plan.

    Important Information About Medical Care For a Work-Related Injury or Illness

    California Law requires employers to provide and pay for medical treatment if you are injured at work. The Fontana Unified School District has chosen to provide this medical care by using a Workers' Compensation physician network called a Medical Provider Network (MPN). Find out more about MPN.

    Family Emergency Plan

    Injury and Illness Prevention Program - Employees

    Fontana Unified School District is committed to providing a safe and healthful environment for all staff, students, and parents. In pursuit of this endeavor, the FUSD Injury Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) has been established to provide a framework for FUSD to ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all of its employees.     Complaint Proceedures

    The early informal resolution of complaints at the site level is encouraged whenever possible. Once you have sought resolution with those directly involved and a resolution is not reached, the FUSD district office may be contacted for further assistance.  To learn more about the complaint process and forms that may be submitted, click here.
