Wellness Policy

Fontana Unified School District invites you to participate in our District Wellness Committee, established in alignment with California Department of Education and USDA requirements to support student health, nutrition, and overall well-being. The Wellness Committee provides an opportunity for parents, staff, and community members to learn about and contribute to the district’s efforts in promoting healthy environments for both students and staff. Each meeting will follow an agenda that highlights what our school sites are doing to support wellness and will conclude with a Q&A session. To ensure we can address your interests and concerns, questions for the Q&A must be submitted in advance through the Microsoft Form linked below. We look forward to your partnership in creating a healthier future for our students.
