Central Enrollment Services

The district has a central location for the enrollment of all new students in our schools.  All services related to enrollment are now provided at a single site during a single visit.  The following is a list of services that are provided at the Enrollment Center:

• K-12th Grade Enrollments
• Preschool Enrollment
• Overflow Placement (when applicable)
• Inter-District Transfer Enrollments
• Language Assessment Services
• Food Nutrition Services
• Central Records
• Insurance Health Programs for Children and Families
• Transportation

LEA Medi-Cal Billing Option & Insurance Programs for Children & Families:

• Targeted Case Management (TCM) Billing
• In-service staff Medi-Cal and MAA (Medi-Cal Administration Activities) Billing
• Updates and maintenance of student Medi-Cal records
• State Certified Healthy Families Assistor (CAA)
• Assist with the application process for the Healthy Families/Medi-Cal Program
• Healthy Kids Program (IEHP)
• Health Insurance Programs for Children and Families
• Referral Sources
