Early Education

Career Readiness and Workforce Development
To ensure post-secondary success, the CRWD department represents the culmination of K-12 career exploration and college readiness. There are 62 Career Technical Education pathways across all comprehensive and continuation high schools, representing industry sectors most relevant to our region. Students also have access to dual enrollment to jumpstart their college or trade school aspirations. Through meaningful partnerships with local industry and community leaders, students have multiple options for work-based learning in the form of internships, mentorships, and pre-apprenticeships.

Multilingual Programs and Services
The Department of Multilingual Programs and Services is responsible for guiding and overseeing the design, monitoring, and evaluation of the district’s language programs: English Learner Program, Dual Language Immersion Program, and World Languages Program. The department oversees and coordinates the district’s: Multilingual Programs Professional Development, DELAC, Translation Services, Language Assessment Center Services, and Bilingual Aide Services.
