The Career Readiness and Workforce Development (CRWD) Department oversees Career Technical Education (CTE) programs, work permits, and career-connected learning opportunities across the district. Through 56 career pathways representing 11 industry sectors, students develop technical knowledge, employability skills, and career awareness through industry-aligned instruction and applied learning experiences. In collaboration with industry and community partners, we provide opportunities for students to explore career options, engage with professionals, gain workplace experience, and prepare for success in postsecondary education and the workforce.

Our vision is that every student graduates future-ready, empowered to achieve their goals, thrive in life and work, and make a meaningful impact in their community and beyond.

Our mission is to prepare every student for college, career, and life by providing meaningful learning experiences, real-world opportunities, and career pathways that help them discover their interests, develop valuable skills, and achieve their goals.
