Fontana USD’s Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways provide students with hands-on, project-based, and work-based learning experiences that build real-world skills and lead to industry-recognized certifications. Through 56 career pathways representing 11 industry sectors, these two-year, standards-based programs prepare students for college, careers, and life. In collaboration with industry and community partners, we provide opportunities for students to explore career options, engage with professionals, gain workplace experience, and prepare for success in postsecondary education and the workforce.

Our educators collaborate to align curriculum from K-12 through postsecondary education to better support students throughout their educational journey. Additionally, Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs) and pre-apprenticeship programs offer students valuable opportunities to develop leadership, teamwork, and competitive skills.
