2025-26 Preschool Enrollment

Please read all directions.

This process is only for Preschool and Prekindergarten. 

STEP 1 – Pick up or print the state preschool/prekindergarten application

You may pick up the State Preschool/Prekindergarten Application at the Enrollment Center (Bldg. A) or the Early Childhood Department (Bldg. 16).

You may also click on the link below to complete a fillable digital State Preschool/Prekindergarten Application.  Once completed, save it and then print a double-sided copy to bring with you when you complete the enrollment process.

STEP 2 – Gather the mandatory documents listed on page 3 and 4 of the state preschool/prekindergarten application

STEP 3 – Schedule an appointment or walk-in

Please, click the link below to automatically take you to our appointment system to schedule an appointment that works best with your schedule.

Appointments are highly recommended; however, we process a limited number of walk-ins each day.  Wait times vary depending on staffing and availability.

STEP 4 – Complete enrollment at enrollment center (bldg. a)

Enrollments are processed at the Enrollment Center located at 9548 Citrus Ave., Bldg. A., Fontana, Ca 92335. 

We value your time, so we ask that you show up prepared with all documents and completed state preschool/prekindergarten application and sign-in at our reception desk at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

Your appointment may be rescheduled if documents are missing and/or application is not completed or present at the time of the appointment.
