How do I log into Microsoft 365?

Microsoft 365

  • Microsoft 365 can be accessed both at school and at home via any internet-enabled device. You do not need to create a Microsoft 365 account for your student. A Microsoft 365 account will be provided to your student by the school district.

Documents saved in the “Documents,” “Desktop,” “Pictures,” and “Microsoft Teams” folders are automatically stored in the student’s OneDrive folder in Microsoft 365.

*Important - Students MUST manually upload to their OneDrive any documents stored in the "Downloads" folder. This will ensure those documents are not lost in the event the student needs to have their laptop replaced.

To access Microsoft 365, which includes the student’s Outlook email account, OneDrive online cloud storage, and various Microsoft Office online programs, students need to go online using Microsoft Edge. Once Microsoft Edge opens, click on the second tab labeled "Home | Microsoft 365."

If your student is prompted to log in, they will need to use their school email address.

Email example: StudentIDNumber@students.fusd.net

If your student is prompted to type a password, they will need to use the same password used when logging onto the computer.
