    The Fontana Unified School District offers different Early Education Programs to meet the individual needs of your child including State Preschool and Infant/Toddler Care.  Each Early Education Program is a comprehensive early education program focusing on physical, cognitive and social-emotional growth of your child.

  • State Preschool Enrollment Process

    Due to COVID-19 the State Preschool Enrollment process has changed to comply with stay home orders and to practice social distancing.  The process for enrolling into the 2020-21 State Preschool Program include:

    1. Make an online appointment to complete pre-enrollment* by clicking on the orange “Online Appointment” button and submitting the requested information.  On the day of your appointment you will get a call from the FUSD Enrollment Center to provide basic family and student information and to select a school, preschool teacher and session.

    2. Before school starts in August 2020, you will receive a notice to complete the Preschool Enrollment.  At this time, you will need to submit a completed:
      1. State Preschool Application
      2. State Preschool Supplemental Forms 
      3. Mandatory Documentation 

    *Pre-enrollment does not guarantee program eligibility
