Are you looking for ways to help your child with social-emotional learning (SEL)?

At school, your child is learning strategies to help them cope with feelings, set goals, and get along with others. You can help your child work on these skills at home, too.

This Wakelet is designed to provide at-home social-emotional support activities for your family. We have included a handful of social-emotional learning activities that can help your child manage emotions and work on social skills and have some fun with you along the way. These social-emotional learning activities are low-tech and designed to fit easily into your daily routine.
